Luiz did not have much time for celebrations on his birthday due to a Europa Conference League match against Olympiacos in Greece.
Lehmann is on a break from training as Aston Villa’s WSL campaign nears its end, with a potential title decider(for Man City) against Manchester City on May 18.
Luiz will be playing against Liverpool in a Premier League fixture at Villa Park on Monday evening.
